At Pure Beauty we are committed to providing a professional, respectful and inclusive environment for all clients.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service if:

 

• The requested treatment is unsuitable for the client’s health, safety, or well-being (e.g., due to medical conditions, contraindications, or recent procedures);

• The client behaves inappropriately, aggressively, or in a way that makes our staff feel unsafe or disrespected;

• The treatment requested falls outside our staff’s professional training or comfort zone for technical reasons.
